Directions Combine the contents of one packet with 10-12 oz of cold water and thoroughly mix in a shaker. For a thicker consistency, mix in a blender with ice. Use 2 to 3 servings daily as part of a Macrobolic Nutrition program in order in order to achieve better balanced nutrition for optimal performance. Protect from heat, light and moisture.
