1.75 scoops mixed into 450 – 700mls of water 20 - 30 minutes before training. Shake well before drinking.
Tablets
Take 8 tablets of White Flood™ with at least 16-20 oz of water 45 minutes pre-workout (you can start off with 4 tablets and increase the dosage as necessary to the full 8 tablet dose).
