Directions Mix one rounded scoop (33 g) in 250 ml (8 oz) of water. Take up to two times per day. Use this product as a food supplement only. Do not use for weight reduction. Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool, dark place.

Warnings Contains milk. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have thyroid disorders, Grave's disease, diabetes, glaucoma, bleeding disorders, hypertension, arrhythmias, or anxiety disorders. Use with caution in people with epilepsy or in those prone to seizures. Do not use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy or breast-feeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Do not use with any other stimulant such as caffeine supplements, guarana, mate, cola, ephedra or creatine. Avoid coffee, tea and alcohol consumption while using this product.
